HOW OLD DOES MY DOG NEED TO BE TO START CLASSES?
No dog is too old or too young to start training with us. Puppies do required their second set of vaccinations to attend group classes but can be worked with in the home prior.
DO YOU WORK WITH ALL BREEDS?
Yes! No dog it too big or too small and we welcome all breeds.
MY DOG IS REACTIVE, CAN I STILL ATTEND A CLASS?
Yes, please contact us prior to registration to ensure that we set you and your dog up with the proper program.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
Please bring your dogs current leash and collar and some high value treats. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear as classes can be very active and can be weather dependant.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
The full cost of any group class or private training session is due at the time of booking. If the participant fails to give at least 48 hours cancellation notice or is not present at the time of the scheduled appointment, fees will not be refunded.
CAN FAMILY MEMBERS ATTEND CLASS?
Yes! We encourage the entire family to be involved in the training process for your pup. Please let us know at the time of booking who will be attending.
IS THERE HOMEWORK?
Yes! The skills we cover in class will be something that needs to be continued in the home to maximize your dogs success.
DO YOU OFFER A BOARD & TRAIN PROGRAM?
We offer boarding to members of our Elevated Canine family based on availability, we want you to be comfortable with where your dog is staying while you are away. Board and train programs are also available based on prior consultations.
